If you are for any reason dissatisfied with an item purchased from our website you may return it to any 4Life Living for a full refund, replacement or exchange, provided you have the original tax invoice, and items are returned within 30 days or 1 month of purchase, provided that the product has not expired within such time. Should you not have an invoice, we will be happy to exchange your purchase at the current system price. The decision to refund is solely at the discretion of 4Life Living, having inspected the condition of the item returned.
Returns submitted online or in our practice are refunded to your original method of payment.
- Debit and credit card refunds should be available within 5 business days depending on your financial institution
- If your purchase was made using a credit card, any refund is required to be issued to that same credit card. If the original credit card is not present and is not available by scanning the receipt, the refund will be processed onto a 4Life Living shopping card or gift card
- If your purchase was a debit transaction, the refund is placed back on the debit card, if available, or cash can be provided
- If your purchase was a credit transaction, the refund is required to be issued to the same debit card. If the debit card is not present and is not available by scanning the receipt, the refund will be processed onto a 4Life Living shopping card or gift card
4Life Living will not accept any returns of any products of which the packaging has been removed, opened or tampered with, any products of a personal nature due to hygiene and sanitary considerations or any pharmacy products due to pharmacy law requirements. Refunds are bank dependent and may take up to 10-14 working days to reflect.
We reserve the right to debit your payment card for the delivery fees in respect of any cancellations. If you cancel your payment for any reason or if your payment card should cease to be valid for whatever reason, you will nevertheless be bound to pay to the full purchase price, including all costs incurred by us relating to the recovery thereof. Without prejudice to any other rights or remedies in law, we reserve the right to cancel forthwith any sale and/or your registration in the event of your breach any of the Terms.
Returns of goods
Your complete satisfaction is our goal. We are committed to providing you with quality products and outstanding customer service to support your life-long nutritional health. However, should our products or service ever fail to meet your expectations, we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction.
Our return policy is simple and it is the same for Opened and Unopened packages:
- If, within 30 days of your purchase, you return a product (whether opened or unopened), we will issue a full refund.
- You will not be charged a restocking fee on your return.
- Your return must be accompanied by your invoice
- Your refund will be processed in the same method as your original payment, once the product is received by us at 4Life Living.
- We cannot accept returns of expired or discontinued product.
- You are responsible only for the shipping charge to return the product (a R99 flat fee)
