“Food is so incredibly complex, with links to just about all areas of our lives. My goal is to help people discover those links, and work through any misconceptions they may have, so they can live freely again. Food should be exciting, nutritious, and filled with bursting flavour and relentless joy. I want to help people get that joy back.”
