Yes, I take extra care to prevent injury and will show you different options for exercises depending on your level of fitness.  If you present with a pre-existing injury that won’t benefit from the classes, I will refer you to a physiotherapist or biokineticist.

Take – home exercise programme can vary from person to person and will cost your anything from R200 – R350.

You can opt for a 4-week individual home workout plan for only R300.00 per month with a monthly fitness assessment to monitor your improvements.
